i am a psychotherapist assisting individuals to connect with themselves and their own healing wisdom to live more integrated and full lives.    i have an nyu's master's degree in clinical social work and have participated in many wonderful trainings in my 21 years as a therapist and 27 years in the healing field.   

my education includes being certified as an SEP through the somatic experiencing international trauma institute's 3-year program, as well as being a certified DARe (dynamic attachment repatterning experience) and NARM (neuroaffective relational model) attachment therapist.  i have extensive training in family constellations and have completed Levels I, II, III in couples therapy through the gottman institute.  i incorporate non-violent communication (nvc) into my work.    

i am a graduate of spirit rock's community dharma leadership program (5th iteration 2015-2017),  and have an integral hatha yoga instructor (2000) and acupressure institute (2000) certification.
